For the next Neurology Grand Rounds, to be held from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, Susan Farkas, M.D., cardiologist with Sanford Health in Fargo, will discuss neurocardiology and the “heart-brain axis.” The meeting will be held in-person at the Sanford Brain and Spine Center, 2301 25th St. S. in Fargo, Conf. Rm. 1 and online.

Learning Objectives
- Discuss how the heart-brain connection-axis works.
- Understand how examples like Takotsubo cardiomyopathy and spontaneous coronary artery dissection are explained by the axis.
- Recommended work-up and management of these patients.
