Ray Scholarships Awarded to Agrawal and Nelson

This scholarship was established by the James Ray Foundation, to students majoring in space studies. James Ray has invested in more than 300 aerospace and computer ventures including Compaq computers and Cirrus Design of Duluth. The Ray Foundation has contributed more than $12 million to UND. The scholarship is given to students who maintain an excellent academic record and who have provided notable service to the department. Applications were invited from students and the selections were made by faculty vote. The two winners, Kajli Agrawal and Joshua Nelson, each received $2,200 for academic year 2010-2011.
