Prof. Dodge on “South Africa v. Israel” panel

Prof. Michael Dodge was a panelist at UND Law’s recent Lunch & Learnevent: “South Africa v. Israel: the International Court of Justice & the Convention on the Prevention of Genocide.”  This event took place on March 28th, at 12:00 p.m.  He was joined by Drs. Urlacher and Sum, both from the Department of Political Science and Public Administration.  I was there to discuss the legal case in the International Court of Justice, and to break down how international law functions in cases such as this.  The other professors were there to discuss human rights violations and the nature of conflict resolution.
