Dr. Hardersen Busy at NASA IRTF

In June, Dr. Hardersen led and participated in three observing runs at the NASA Infrared Telescope Facility, Mauna Kea, Hawaii. The three observing programs were all asteroid-related and included continuing efforts at constraining the abundance of basaltic asteroids in the main asteroid belt, along with programs to observe Near-Earth Asteroids (NEAs) and Kirkwood Gap main-belt asteroids.
