Star Party Friday Evening!
The Department of Space Studies again will host one of its popular Star Parties starting Friday evening (October 16th) at the new Space Studies Observatory site near Emerado, N.D. Start time will be approximately 9:00 p.m.

Come join the stellar fun whether you’re an experienced stargazer or a novice—UND Space Studies graduate students and members of the Northern Skies Astronomical Society and the Dakota Space Society will be on hand to help. You may bring chairs and/or blankets for more comfortable viewing. Telescopes will be available at the Observatory site, but you’re welcome to bring your own telescopes and/or binoculars.
UND Star Parties are free and open to the public.
