Space Studies attends Tripoli Rocketry Association’s 31st experimental rocket launch event.

Dr. Marcos Fernández-Tous and GRA Bailey Carlson attended the Tripoli Rocketry Association’s BALLS 31st experimental rocket launch event in Black Rock Desert, Nevada, September 21-24, 2023. Dr. Fernández-Tous built and launched an Aerotech prototype at the event. The experience was incredible, and the surrounding scenario was astounding. Space Studies is already planning next year’s participation to include its own rocket design and take more students. Students are highly encouraged to participate!
