NDSGC Funding Opportunities
The ND Space Grant Consortium is currently accepting applications for the following funding opportunities.
Summer Research Fellowships (Extended Deadline!)*
*Apps due to NDSGC: 4/1/26

Award amount: Varies (See website)
Students apply to complete a research project under a faculty mentor for the summer semester.
Summer Industry Internships
Apps due the 1st of each month (NLT 4/1/26 for summer placement)
Award amount: Varies (See website)
Students must know the industry partner they plan to work with at the time of the application.
Summer FACULTY Fellowships (Extended Deadline!)*

Award amount: $4,500
Summer stipends are awarded to NDSGC affiliate faculty for competitive proposals to develop new and revise existing courses in STEM and NASA-relevant fields.

Students apply to complete a NASA internship under a research mentor onsite at a NASA center.
Transfer Scholarship
Apps due: 2/15/26
Award amount: $2,500
Students must be transferring from a 2-year to 4-year or 4-year to graduate program to be eligible for this scholarship. Students who have transferred to start their new degree program at an NDSGC affiliate college in Summer 2025, Fall 2025, or Spring 2026 are eligible to apply.
Lillian Goettler Scholarship

Pearl I. Young Scholarship
