Mr. Sergey Gulbin, an ESSP MS student, won the Best Student Presentation Award in the North Dakota GIS Users Conference held Sept. 19-20, 2017 in Bismarck. Sergey presented his research investigating the potential effec of wetlands in mitigating the Devils Lake flood.
