Professor Michael S. McGinniss Publishes New Article on Lawyer Discipline and the Rule of Law

New article in the Independent Law Journal examines the intersection of professional discipline, political resistance, federalism, and the separation of powers.

Congratulations to Michael S. McGinniss, Professor of Law and J. Philip Johnson Faculty Fellow, on the publication of his recent article, “Lawyer Discipline as Political ‘Resistance’: Separation of Powers, Federalism, and the Rule of Law,” in the Independent Law Journal.
