Visitors and Visitor Permits

Visitors are welcomed and encouraged to park on campus at UND. If a guest is visiting during ‘Open Parking’ hours, they can utilize the ‘A’, ‘A/S’, and ‘A/S/H’ spaces for free. If a guest is visiting during enforcement hours, or will be parking overnight, a permit is required.

Permits can be purchased by contacting the Parking Services office or through the NDUS Parking Portal. Daily permits are available for $7.00/day or $30.00/week.

Those who are visiting on-campus residents living in an Apartment building, 3-day visitor spaces can be found within most apartment parking lots. As long as the vehicle parking in these spaces is not linked to an active UND Student/Faculty/Staff or Permit, it is okay to use these spaces for up to 3 days without a permit.
