Portion of Cornell Street to close Sept. 22 through Oct. 15

Starting Monday, Sept. 22, Cornell Street from Witmer Hall to the intersection of Campus Road will be closed until Wednesday, Oct. 15.

The closure will allow for underground utilities to be routed to the future site of the STEM Complex. The Cornell Street parking lot will remain open throughout the closure.

The sidewalk along the west side of the street will remain open, though some sections could have reduced width. The crossing between Starcher and Leonard halls will remain open. Please pay attention to barriers and signs in the area.

Traffic on Campus Road will be routed through the Hyslop at Memorial Village parking lot to access Red Jarrett Way and Columbia Road. The image below shows the work site as well as the detour route.
