Davis Drive closed Tuesday, Sept. 1, for bridge installation

Davis Drive, the street leading to the Burtness parking lot near Gamble Hall and the Burtness Theatre, will be closed on Tuesday, Sept. 1, as the new Fox Memorial Bridge is assembled on-site for installation.

Access to the Burtness parking lot will remain open through the lot entry nearest Centennial Drive.

The bridge will be lifted into place once assembled. It is expected to reopen for public use later in September.
