UND English Department to host Virtual Speaker Series in Writing, Editing and Publishing
Speakers to address path a manuscript takes from submission to publication, practical advice for poets and editors of poetry, and academic journals and publishing
The University of North Dakota’s English Department will host three events in a Virtual Speaker Series in Writing, Editing and Publishing. The events will be held as Zoom webinars. Each event in the speaker series is free and open to the public, though attendees will need to register in advance to receive the Zoom information.
The speaker series will feature guest talks by practicing writers, editors, publishers, and literary scholars, with an opportunity for a Q & A. This fall, the speakers will address topics including the path a book manuscript takes from submission to publication, practical advice for poets and editors of poetry, and the scene of academic journals and publishing.
