N.D. State Fleet lists rates

Paul Hanson, director of State Fleet Services, would like to remind everyone that when you are in a state vehicle, you are in the public eye. The vehicle is to be used only for official business. Using the vehicle for anything other than official business is a violation of N.D.C.C. 39-01-03 and can put your agency and/or driver “at risk” if involved in a collision. Always set an example for other dirvers by driving defensively, being courteous, obeying the law, and “buckle up, every trip, every time.”

The N.D. State Fleet has adjusted its rates (effective March 1) as follows:
Vehicle type – UND rate per mile/hour
Sedan – $0.303
Minivan-seven passenger – $0.413
Van, 12 and 15 passenger – $0.553
Compact 4×4 SUV – $0.453
Expedition, six passenger – $0.483
Suburban, six passenger – $0.553
Pickup, ext. cab, 4×4; six ft. box – $0.483
Cargo Van-Full Size – $0.553
Mini Cargo Van – $0.483
