Denim Day is April 28

Wednesday, April 28, is our regular Denim Day. Pay $1 to your site coordinator and enjoy going casual for local charities. If your office allows you to wear denim all the time, consider still giving $1 on Denim Days. It goes to very good causes.

All proceeds collected during 2010 will go to the following: Cheerful Givers (provides birthday bags to kids through local food pantries); Circle of Friends Humane Society; Community Violence Intervention Center; Global Friends Coalition (works with refugees locally); Infant Bereavement Program; Northlands Rescue Mission, Inc. (Homeless Shelter); and St. Vincent de Paul (Food Pantry).

If you don’t know who your site coordinator is, please call. If your building does not have a site coordinator and you would like to volunteer to be one, please contact Cheri Williams at 777-2121 or cheriwilliams@mail.und.edu. Checks, if any, must be made out to “Denim Day.”
