Roses for Rescue starts April 28

The Grand Forks Northland Rescue Mission and Shea’s Nursery will be selling rose shrubs from the Ralph Engelstad Arena planter located near the facility’s plaza. On Tuesday, April 27 and Wednesday, April 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., rose shrubs from the REA planter will be sold for $5 with all proceeds donated to the Grand Forks Northland Rescue Mission.

Interested individuals are asked to meet by the flag poles located in the REA plaza at 10 a.m. each day. The REA planter will undergo landscape updates in the coming weeks and the rose bushes will be removed from the planter starting on Tuesday morning.
