Submit campus quality survey for a chance at $50!

YOUR FEEDBACK IS IMPORTANT!
Faculty, staff, and administrators in the 11 North Dakota state universities are being sent a Campus Quality Survey sponsored by the North Dakota University System for the purpose of obtaining your views about “how things are” and “how they should be.” The responses will help determine if progress is being met toward meeting the important goal of improving satisfaction.

At the end of September, completed forms will be sent directly to Performance Horizons for tabulation and report generation. Please be assured that your responses will be held in confidence and your anonymity will be preserved. If you have already completed and returned the survey to us, please accept our sincere thanks. If not, would you please take a few minutes and do so now. While we know this is a busy time of year, we would like to ask for your help to complete the questionnaire and return it in the self-addressed intercampus envelope to us on or before Sept. 27, 2010.

System-wide survey results will be summarized in the December 2010 Accountability Measures Report which will be available on the NDUS Web site at www.ndus.nodak.edu. Each institution also will receive a campus-level report based on aggregate data.

If you have misplaced your survey form or have questions about this project, please contact Sue Erickson, Research Analyst, at 777-2265. Participation from our faculty, staff, and administrators is very important to the success of this study. Thank you for your participation!
