Finance and Operations announces new policy for gifts/donations

Policy 2.8, Gifts/Donations, went into effect Sept. 3.

This is a new policy.

Policy Statement: The University of North Dakota receives gifts and donations that may or may not have specific restrictions set forth by the donor. UND encourages donors to remit gifts or donations to the UND Foundation. The UND Foundation provides a centralized infrastructure and services to support all private fund raising efforts on behalf of UND. A fee structure will apply to all gifts at UND, whether they are received and deposited directly to UND or processed through the UND Foundation.
