Campus programs sought for ULead program

Does your department have a program geared toward the UND student community planned for the upcoming Spring Semester? If so, the Student Involvement Office would love to promote your event to our ULead student participants. If interested, please contact Rebecca Grandstrand at rebecca.grandstrand@gmail.com with the program information as soon as possible.

Some examples of programs include seminars, academic presentations, field trips, career fairs, conferences, department events, presentations given at past conferences, guest speakers, etc.

If you have additional questions about ULead or possible program additions, please contact rebecca.grandstrand@gmail.com.

ULead is a leadership certificate that students can earn by attending/experiencing various campus events throughout the semester. The goal is for students to enhance and expand their leadership skills in an intentional format. In order to earn a ULead certificate, students must participate in 10 ULead approved events and 10 service hours bu April 15. Of the 10 events, students must complete two in five categories:  academic development, career development, organizational development, personal development, and diversity. Those who complete the requirements will earn a certificate at the Memorial Union Leadership Awards in the spring semester.
