Blood donations sought at Dak-Minn Blood Bank

Donate blood at Dak-Minn Blood Bank during February and receive a free cup of coffee and cookie or scone from Dakota Harvest Bakers in downtown Grand Forks. Blood donations are needed every day by people whose lives have been changed without warning. Young and old alike, the need for blood knows no limits.

A single whole blood donation provides enough components (red blood cells, platelets, and plasma) to save three lives. For just an hour of your time you, too, can donate these life-saving components to patients in need.

Dak-Minn Blood Bank is the provider of blood and blood products for Altru Hospital. When you donate blood at the Dak-Minn Blood Bank, you are helping to save the lives of people in the Greater Grand Forks community.
