Submit 2010 Flexcomp reimbursement vouchers by March 31 to avoid loss of funds

All 2010 flexcomp reimbursement vouchers must be submitted to the Payroll Office by 4:30 p.m. Thursday, March 31. Any balances remaining as of Dec. 31, 2010 may still be reimbursed to you if services occur prior to March 16. The “use it or lose it” rule will be applied if the March 31 deadline is not met. If the deadline is approaching, please hand deliver your voucher to the Payroll Office. No exceptions will be made for late submissions. Call Cheryl at 777-4423 if you have any questions.
