Night Life events listed for Sept. 9, 10

Night Life @ UND provides free late-night entertainment for UND students every Friday and Saturday night (not including holidays). The following events will be held at Night Life @ UND Sept. 9 and 10. Please inform students about the following:

Main events at the Memorial Union: All events are from 9 p.m. to midnight  unless otherwise noted:
Friday:
• Speed meet and greet, 9 p.m., Loading Dock
• Thank you letters for armed forces and service personnel, 9 p.m., Loading Dock

Saturday:
• Live band karaoke, 9 p.m., Loading Dock.  Hosted by UPC
• Billiards tournament.  Sign up at 9 p.m.; games begin at 9:30, Lifetime Sports

Other weekend events:

Movie, Bridesmaids, Friday & Saturday, 10 p.m., Union Lecture Bowl.  Hosted by UPC.

• Free food on Friday is after school snacks (pretzels, graham crackers, fruit snacks, etc); Saturday is cookies

• Open PS3 and many games!

• Plus open board games, life-size games, and more!

• Friday crafts are patriotic in remembrance of 9/11; Saturday is scrapbooking

• Lifetime Sports will offer free billiards, air hockey, table tennis, video games, and more, Friday and Saturday, 9 p.m. to midnight

At the Wellness Center on Friday only, from 9 to 11 p.m. unless otherwise noted are:
• Karate – self-defense lesson 9-10 p.m., karate class 10-11 p.m.
• Open rock wall
• Moonlight workouts (open fitness equipment)
• Open gym
