Provost’s office holds promotion and tenure information sessions Aug. 25, 26

The Office of Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs will hold information sessions on the annual promotion and tenure process for faculty, department chairs, promotion-and-tenure committee members, and administrative support staff. These sessions are a follow-up to the information sessions that where held earlier this year. Faculty candidates for promotion and/or tenure in 2016-2017, individuals involved with advising and assisting faculty in the process of dossier preparation or assembly, or those who will review and evaluate promotion and/or tenure dossiers, are encouraged to attend one of the sessions.

The information sessions will provide an overview of the promotion and tenure process, explain how to assemble promotion and/or tenure packets and dossiers, and answer all questions.

Thursday, August 25, 11 a.m. to noon, Twamley Hall Room 404 Thursday, August 25, 3 to 4 p.m., Twamley Hall Room 404
