Parents invited to take part in research study on early childhood motor development

Faculty and students from the Department of Physical Therapy at UND-SMHS are conducting a survey about early childhood motor development in healthy children, and we would like to hear from you. This study has been approved by the IRB at UND (Protocol Number: IRB0004754) and is completely voluntary.

All information collected through this survey will be kept confidential and anonymous via the Qualtrics platform. Please utilize the following link or QR code to take the survey regarding your child’s achievement of motor milestones. The survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete.
