Let’s talk about: Housing within University Park Neighborhoods, Sept. 8

Many UND many students, staff, and faculty rent or own homes in the neighborhoods around University Park.

Join University Park Neighborhoods to discuss with city employees how the local rental code enforcement, tenant rights and resident-renter-landlord relationships impact our neighborhoods.

The group will meet Thursday, Sept. 8, from 5 – 7 p.m. at 3614 9th Ave. N.

Free snacks and bottled water provided by the City of Grand Forks.

Some seating will be provided, but residents who can bring their own lawn chair are encouraged to do so, as this will ensure seats are available to those who cannot.

University Park Neighborhoods is a group of residents living in neighborhoods from Columbia Road to Downtown, and north of Demers Avenue up to 13th Ave. S., taking action to improve the community. For more information, the group can be found on Facebook.
