Martin Luther King Jr. Day Celebration is Monday, Jan. 16

Join UND’s Office of Diversity & Inclusion, Student Diversity & Inclusion and the Pride Center in celebrating Martin Luther King, Jr. Day on Monday, Jan. 16, from 10 a.m. to noon in the Memorial Union Ballroom.

David Wall Rice, professor of psychology at Morehouse College and principle investigator of the Identity, Art and Democracy Lab, is set to deliver a keynote on this year’s theme, “Addressing The Other America: Striving Towards One Nation Centered on Equity & Justice,” which focuses on Dr. King’s speech, “The Other America.”
