April 4 video message from President Armacost

Out of an abundance of caution, ahead of what could perhaps be the worst storm of the winter, the University has closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week, says President Andrew Armacost in his latest video address.

Be safe and take all the precautions you need if you’re traveling in the region for the upcoming holiday weekend, he adds.

The University will also keep the community updated about the latest conditions as temperatures rise and snow melts into spring. With all of the snow on the way, flood conditions could be likely.

Armacost also talks about the grand opening of the Varsity Esports facility in Swanson Hall, the week of April 3 being Graduate Student Appreciation Week and the upcoming Grad Expo on April 12 at the UND Bookstore.

Later in the month, UND will once again be celebrating Time Out Week and hosting the Wacipi Powwow starting April 21.

Armacost offers congratulations to the University’s Club Swimming Team, which placed highly in the College Club Swimming National Championship this past weekend.
