Gershman Graduate Center accepting reservation requests for Spring, Summer 2024 semesters
The School of Graduate Studies invites the UND campus community to reserve space at the Gershman Graduate Center, free of charge, for any upcoming graduate-related meetings and special events during the 2024 spring and summer semesters.
Examples of activities that can be scheduled at the Graduate Center include, but are not limited to:
- General meetings and special events
- Award ceremonies and banquets
- Departmental receptions
- Faculty and staff meetings and retreats
- Orientation and recruitment activities
- Thesis/dissertation defenses
- Outdoor patio activities, etc.
Requests must be scheduled through the online portal (log in with your UND credentials). The list of available dates and times can be found in the “Event Book” in the online portal. Reservation policies, procedures, and a list of eligible spaces (including pictures of meeting spaces) are posted on the Gershman Graduate Center website. Booking requests for general meetings and special events can be scheduled during normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Fridays during the spring semester. During the summer semester, Monday through Friday hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The building is closed on University-recognized holidays.
