All-in-one event software, vFairs, now available through Office of Extended Learning

Last year, the Teaching Transformation and Development Academy held open forums to determine the needs of the University regarding conference and events registration services. Based on the results of these discussions, TTaDA’s Office of Extended Learning put forth an RFP.

We are pleased to announce vFairs is now available as the professional conferences, events, camps, etc., software for UND. This robust system, managed by OEL, allows for secure registration and payment; integrated mobile app for conference registrants; networking capabilities for participants; name badge printing; and more.

Currently, OEL will offer basic services at no cost, which includes setting up a secure online registration and payment site; processing all registrations and payments; processing cancellations; and providing a roster of participants to any department, unit, office, etc.

Additional services may be available to the campus community at no additional cost once service unit budgets are set. Additional information is forthcoming on expanded services.

For basic services listed above, individuals may request these services by completing the web-based Participant Registration Form a minimum of two weeks prior to the date you need your registration open for your conference, event, camp, symposium, etc.

Individuals requiring conference planning assistance beyond basic services should complete the web-based Conference Assistance Form. Conference planning is done well in advance (i.e. 8-12 months) of the conference start date.

Our website also includes a UND Guidelines for Event Success page which identifies required forms to be completed, event space, parking, dining services and other useful information for successful event planning on campus.

We invite you to visit our updated Conferences and Events Website for all your conference, event and camp registration needs.
