Announcing the winners of Graduate Research Achievement Day 2024

The School of Graduate Studies would like to thank all of those who participated in the 8th Annual Graduate Research Achievement Day (GRAD) event.

More than 400 people took part in this event as presenters, judges and volunteers, as well as interested community members, undergraduate students and representatives from prize sponsors who attended to see and talk with students about their research.

The high quality of research on display was apparent in the very high ratings received; very few points separated those who received awards from those who did not. The School of Graduate Studies is proud of all students who participated, as were the event’s sponsors: Bio-Techne, City of Grand Forks, General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc., Grand Forks Region Economic Development Corporation, Northrop Grumman, UND Center for Innovation, and UND Research & Economic Development. We hope to see this annual celebration and showcase of graduate student research continue to grow.
