‘Science of Eclipses’ astronomy lecture is April 15
The Department of Physics & Astrophysics’ next astronomy public talk and telescope observing session will take place Monday, April 15, at 8 p.m. in Witmer Hall, Room 114. The talk, “Playing Hide and Seek: The Science of Eclipses,” will be presented by Dean Smith, assistant teaching professor in the Department of Physics & Astrophysics.
Following the talk, attendees will be given the opportunity to observe the night sky through a telescope (weather permitting).
