UIT rolls out Adobe enterprise licenses

Dear Campus Community,

As part of the Adobe initiative, we’re excited to share that all UND staff and faculty now have access to Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Express for Higher Education. Licenses have already been assigned.

Available with the new enterprise:

• SSO Login Enabled: Faculty and staff now log in using UND credentials. View the Knowledge Base article to learn how.
• Adobe Acrobat Pro is automatically assigned to all faculty and staff.
• Adobe Express for Higher Ed is already available to all students, faculty, and staff. It is a powerful, light web-based design platform that includes tools for creating graphics, flyers, and videos, editing PDFs and building presentations and social media content.

Request Creative Cloud Access

Available license options are tailored to individual needs. To request access to Adobe Creative Cloud tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, please complete the form.

Licenses will be assigned based on your role and academic or operational needs.

Accessibility

Additionally, Adobe Acrobat Pro supports accessible PDF creation for screen readers, magnifiers, and braille printers and can be used in assisting in PDF remediation. This aligns with the Accessibility compliance efforts already underway.
