Offices of Community & Belonging and Student Disability Services transition into new division home

As part of the VPFO leadership transition plan announced last week, two UND offices — Community & Belonging and Student Disability Services — will shift from the Division of Student Affairs into the Division of Finance & Operations, reflecting their broader significance to the University.

Transitioning the Office of Community & Belonging, led by AVP Tamba-Kuii Bailey, into Finance & Operations emphasizes its work and vital importance to support every member of our campus community.

In addition, the Office of Student Disability Services, led by Director Sara Kaiser, will now report to AVP Donna Smith in the Office of Civil Rights & Title IX, recognizing UND’s commitment to accessibility for all students, faculty and staff.
