Farewell reception for Karla Mongeon-Stewart is today

The University community and members of the public are invited to join us in celebrating Karla Mongeon-Stewart, vice president for finance/chief operating officer, and recognizing her many contributions and years of dedicated service to the University of North Dakota. Mongeon-Stewart has served UND since 2015, including as VPFO/COO since 2022.

It was announced in May that she would be leaving her position at UND to serve in the role of deputy commissioner and chief financial and administrative officer with the North Dakota University System office, based in Bismarck.

This gathering — held at the Gorecki Alumni Center from 3 to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15 — will provide an opportunity to thank Mongeon-Stewart for her leadership, commitment, accomplishments and impact on the University.

Refreshments will be served. The program begins at 3:30 p.m.
