CASE, the worldwide Council for Advancement and Support of Education, recently honored UND by bestowing a total of 18 awards on the school’s Division of Marketing & Communication along with the UND Alumni Association & Foundation.

UND Marketing & Communications and other colleges were honored with seven District VI CASE awards, and the Alumni Association & Foundation received 11 awards from the same district. District VI includes Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming.

“This recognition shows that our Marketing & Communications team is creative and innovative, plus it has a deep understanding of our mission to engage alumni, friends and partners in building an extraordinary UND,” said DeAnna Carlson Zink, CEO of the UND Alumni Association & Foundation.

“These awards are a testament to the team members’ dedication and talent in elevating our work and connecting with alumni, students and the community. We are proud of their achievements and grateful for the recognition from an organization as prestigious as the Council for Advancement and Support of Education.”

Meloney Linder, UND vice president for Marketing & Communications, agreed. These CASE awards are a true honor and testify to UND’s advancements and achievements, she said. Consider that within only a year, UND and the Alumni Association & Foundation have gone from winning six District VI awards to winning 18 in total.

“I am so proud of the work of our UND and UND AAF marketing and communications teams,” Linder said. “We have amazing talent, and it is wonderful to see the work of both organizations be recognized by our peers as leaders withing the marketing and communications fields. We are UND proud.”
