If you have not done so already, please take a moment to complete the POST ASSESSMENT

Those who completed the challenge will receive a pair of Get Moving socks. These will be mailed out, at the latest, by next Wednesday.

If you have completed at least 80% of the challenge (22 days completed), Work Well will email you an Activity Voucher to upload into Sanford Health Plan's Wellness Portal.

Work Well promo items will be sent out to those who completed 80% of the challenge.
