Look at You! It's Week 2!
On average, we spend 1/3 of our lives at work, according to Gettysburg College. Typically, employees spend 40 hours per week at their job leaving 128 hours. Assuming the average gets roughly 8 hours of sleep per night, that brings us to 72 hours of "free time" during the week. Fitting everything into your day can be extremely challenging. Why not knock out some movement while you are at work?
