Just because the challenge is ending, doesn't mean you need to stop moving! Keep these habits you established during the challenge and keep it going STRONG.

- Set timers throughout the day to take a moving break
- Schedule walks on Outlook to prioritize your health & well-being
- Take a walk. Whether it's outside for 20 minutes or around your building for 5 minutes.
- Join a Walking Moai OR start your own!
- Download a fitness app that works for you
- Get a walking buddy and hold eachother accountable

What's the Get Moving Challenge?
|
Let's GET MOVING! The Get Moving Challenge is designed to encourage the UND Community (Faculty/Staff/Friends/Family) to walk at least 10,000 steps each day and educate on the importance of physical activity and social connectedness. The Get Moving Challenge will have you moving more by the end of the challenge! The Get Moving Challenge runs from August 20 - September 16.
