The Winter Wellness Starts Today

The holiday season is full of fun, family, festivities, and FOOD! According to Dr. Beth Frates from Harvard Medical School, "The truth is, people abandon healthy habits during the winter" (Harvard Health Publishing, 2019). It can be tempting to indulge in food and drinks around this season. Additionally, the cold weather and the parade of holiday parties can make us feel sluggish and unmotivated to stick to our wellness goals. What is the Winter Wellness Challenge?

The Winter Wellness Challenge encourages participants to keep wellness at the top of their to do list during the winter months. When the winter months come around, the Winter Wellness Challenge can be a positive solution! Encouraging everyone to try their best and find balance can help people adapt to the hectic schedule.

The Winter Wellness Challenge runs from December 4 - 15.
