How can I hit 10,000 steps each day?

  • Take a walk outside
  • Park further away in the parking lot
  • When out shopping, make a couple extra laps on the outside isles
  • Position your trash further away, so you have to get up and walk
  • Listen to music while walking
  • Take a power walk over break
  • Always take the stairs
  • Use the restroom furthest from your office
  • Take a 10-minute walk over the lunch break

  • Find a walking video and follow along

At the end of the challenge, TWO GRAND PRIZES will be drawn if the participant has completed all 4 weeks (two - $100 gift cards).
