Sept. 16: Music welcomes President Mark and First Lady Debbie Kennedy with concert

The Department of Music will hold a special welcome concert for President Mark Kennedy and First Lady Debbie Kennedy on Friday, Sept. 16, at the Hughes Fine Arts Center on campus.

The concert, which will feature music performed by UND Music faculty members, is set to begin at 2 p.m., in the Josephine Campbell Recital Hall, part of the Hughes Fine Arts Center. This approximately-60-minute event is free and open to the public.

A reception will follow in the Anna Mae Room, also located in the Hughes Fine Arts Center, where the Kennedys will be cordially welcomed in person.

President Kennedy officially began is duties at UND on July 1.
