Oct. 4: Sleep Well, Be Well
Sleep presentation and assessments will be held Oct. 4 at noon in the Memorial Union Lecture Bowl.
Sleep is a vital component of overall health and well-being. But few of us get the recommended 8 or so hours every night. Lifestyle factors such as work schedules and stress affect the quality and quantity of our sleep. Make sleep and priority and add it to your to-do list. Assessments will be available after the presentation.
Brought to you by Altru and Work Well.
