Call for faculty

The Office of the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs is seeking applications from faculty members to serve part-time in the office during the 2017-18 academic year.  This will be an opportunity for faculty members to serve in leadership roles, and provide support for key academic initiatives.

These faculty members will work closely with, and report to, Senior Vice Provosts Hesham El-Rewini and Debbie Storrs, to provide support and leadership for academic initiatives including curricular processes, academic program reviews, student success, faculty related support, enrollment management, and new program developments.  Each appointment is for one year, renewable, and workloads will be adjusted for the 2017-18 academic year.

Faculty members with strong leadership skills, a commitment to improved processes, the ability to work effectively in teams, and strong communication skills are encouraged to send a letter of intent identifying areas of interests (see current areas of oversight and responsibilities in the Provost’s Office below) and qualifications to Katrina Kriewall via email (katrina.kriewall@und.edu) by 4:30 p.m. Friday, May 19, 2017.
