Jill Shafer invited to orient new Fulbright fellows

Jill Shafer, assistant professor of Teaching and Learning, has been invited by the U.S. State Department Fulbright program to orient new Fulbright fellows who will serve in Subsaaran Africa in 2017 to 2018. The orientation will be in Washington, D.C.  in June. Jill and her husband, journalism emeritus professor Richard Shafer, had Fulbright fellowships in Rwanda during the 2015-2016 academic year.
