Budget Office receives Best Practice Award for paperless budget journal process

UND’s Budget Office was recently notified by the Central Association of College and Business Officers (CACUBO) that their proposal, “Budget Journal eForm – Eliminating Paper from the Process,” received first place for Best Practices in the Research/Comprehensive/Doctoral Institutions category.

CACUBO’s Best Practices Program showcases the best of college and university business officers’ efforts in creating better, more efficient, and customer friendly business practices.

The project was headed by the Budget Office’s Jennifer Moe, Connie Gagelin, and Cindy Fetsch. In recognition of their efforts, the three will present their Best Practice and be recognized at the CACUBO Annual Meeting to be held Sept. 30 – Oct. 2 in Chicago. In addition, the University will receive a $1,000 honorarium award.
