Nov. 19: ‘Near-Earth Asteroids, Dinosaurs & You’ astronomy public talk

The Department of Physics and Astrophysics public talk and telescope observing session will take place Mondaym Nov. 19, at 8 p.m. in Witmer Hall, room 114.

“Near-Earth Asteroids, Dinosaurs & You” will be presented by Michael Gaffey, Department of Space Studies, University of North Dakota.

Following the talk, attendees will be given the opportunity to observe the night sky through a telescope (weather permitting).
