Nov. 7: UND Chamber Music Concert

The University of North Dakota Vivo Women’s Chamber Choir and Wind Ensemble Chamber Players will present a combined concert on Wednesday, Nov. 7, at 8 p.m. in the Josephine Campbell Recital Hall at the Hughes Fine Arts Center. It is free and open to the public.

Vivo, conducted by Melanie Popejoy, will include in their program Shenandoah by Howard Helvey, Rene Clausen’s Set Me As A Seal, and Somebody to Love as performed by the rock group Queen. Vivo will also be led in this performance by undergraduate conductor Hannah Rue. James Popejoy will conduct the Wind Ensemble Chamber Players in performances of American Fanfare by John Wasson, and a new work by Daniel Kallman, An American Tapestry.
