Oct. 24: Campus invited to attend North Dakota Supreme Court cases at Law School

The North Dakota Supreme Court will hear four oral arguments and judge the fall Moot Court student competition final argument at the University of North Dakota School of Law on Oct. 24-25. All five oral arguments will be held in the Baker Courtroom on the third floor of the law school building.

The arguments are open to the public, so the visit provides a unique opportunity for the members of the UND campus to see the state’s highest court in session.

The Supreme Court’s visit is an unparalleled learning opportunity for UND’s law students. They will get to see the Court conduct hearings in real cases, argued by real attorneys right here at the law school. They also have multiple chances to interact with the Justices inside and outside of their classes.
