Jaggaer E-procurement Project moving forward
Progress on the Jaggaer Procure-2-Pay software implementation is moving along right on schedule. We are planning on a go-live date of late January, 2020.
Next up on the project timeline is testing of the software, which will happen in three phases. The Procurement & Payment services team working on the implementation will conduct the first phase of testing. The second phase will include a focus group representing the campus community while the third phase will be broadened to many campus end users. The final round of testing will happen sometime late November or early December. Procurement & Payment Services reached out to several UND suppliers this week to begin the process of setting up catalogs for shopping in the marketplace (similar to Amazon). If you or someone in your department is contacted by one of these suppliers, please refer them to our office.
