Guidelines for using Pcards

Here are some guidelines on when to use a Pcard.

1. Ordering from a new supplier you are not going to use in the future
2. When it is an emergency or for customized items that can’t be purchased through Jaggaer
3. Airline tickets and hotel rooms when traveling
4. Purchases under $10,000
